1. Donations

Agape Love is a non-profit ministry platform. All donations made toward general ministry support, including the Birthday Blessing Initiative and community food drives, are generally considered non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. If you have made a duplicate donation or entered the wrong amount by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will process a refund.

2. Sponsorships

Recurring monthly or annual sponsorships for children or families can be cancelled at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Past sponsorship payments cannot be refunded as the funds are immediately allocated to the respective beneficiaries.

3. Event Registrations

If you have registered for a paid ministry event or retreat and wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 14 days before the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but your ticket can be transferred to another individual.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
